Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to sell tickets?+
The Free plan is €0/month — you pay 5% per ticket sold (max. €2.50). With the Indie plan (€19/month) you reduce that to €0.50 flat per ticket. Stripe fees (approx. 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction) apply on top.
What does the hybrid pricing model mean?+
Free and Business plans charge a percentage (with a cap), keeping costs low on cheaper tickets. Indie and Enterprise have a flat fee that's especially worthwhile at higher ticket prices — calculate it exactly in the calculator above.
When do I get paid?+
Stripe typically pays out 2–7 business days after the transaction — depending on your country and Stripe settings. You can configure this in your Stripe dashboard.
What happens if an event is cancelled?+
As the organizer, you're responsible for refunds. You can handle this directly through your Stripe dashboard. The TCKTNEST fee is non-refundable as it was earned at the time of purchase.
Which payment methods can buyers use?+
All methods you activate in your Stripe account: credit card, debit card, PayPal, SOFORT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
Can I customize my ticket page?+
