The reason TCKTNEST exists: fees that were too high, too little transparency, and fan data that never reached the organizer. So we built a platform that does it differently — from an artist for artists, and today for anyone who wants to sell their own event.

How much does it cost to sell tickets?+
The Nest plan is €0/month — you pay 3.7% + €0.39 (min. €0.59) per ticket sold. The fee is all-in: Stripe processing costs are already included, no hidden surcharges. With the Indie plan (€19/month) you reduce that to 2.7% + €0.39 (min. €0.54).
What does the all-in fee mean?+
TCKTNEST charges a single transparent fee per ticket — Stripe processing fees are already included in it. You see exactly what you pay, with no additional Stripe charges on your statement.
When do I get paid?+
Stripe typically pays out 2–7 business days after the transaction — depending on your country and Stripe settings. You can configure this in your Stripe dashboard.
What happens if an event is cancelled?+
As the organizer, you're responsible for refunds. You can handle this directly through your Stripe dashboard. The TCKTNEST fee is non-refundable as it was earned at the time of purchase.
Which payment methods can buyers use?+
All methods you activate in your Stripe account: credit card, debit card, PayPal, SOFORT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
Can I customize my ticket page?+
Yes. You can set your logo, event image, title, description and more. Your page runs at tcktnest.com/[your-name].
Is TCKTNEST legit?+
TCKTNEST is operated in Austria, GDPR-compliant, with payment processing via Stripe Connect — the same infrastructure large international platforms use. Payouts go directly to your own Stripe account; TCKTNEST never holds your money.
What if I stop using TCKTNEST?+
You can cancel your account anytime — no minimum term, no exit fee. Your fan and contact data stays exportable and isn't locked to the platform. Tickets already sold and pending payouts are handled as normal.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up TCKTNEST?+
