Revenue in your Stripe account with every sale
Ticket revenue (minus our fee) is credited to your own Stripe account with every sale — not after the event. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your payout schedule, in Austria typically after about 3 business days (the first payout usually takes longer).
Your audience, your contacts
You see your buyers' name, email and city in the dashboard; CSV export from Starter. Buyers who opt in at checkout can be told about your upcoming events — kept separate from the purchase itself.
Fees you can calculate upfront
Percentage plus a fixed amount per ticket, with a minimum — payment processing included. You decide whether the fee is added on top of the ticket price or absorbed by you. The fee calculator shows every cent beforehand.
Check-in without an app or tech stress
Your team scans QR codes in the browser on any number of phones at once. Each ticket is admitted once only; refunded tickets show as invalid. Manual code entry as a fallback.

TCKTNEST was started because ticketing for small concerts was too expensive and too opaque — and fans' contacts never reached the artists themselves. Today it's used by organizers who want to run their own presale. TCKTNEST is operated by Frittaten Entertainment e.U. in Perchtoldsdorf, Austria.

What does TCKTNEST cost?+
Two parts: a monthly plan fee (Nest €0, Starter €9, Indie €19, Pro €49) and a fee per ticket sold. On Nest that's 3.7% + €0.39 (min. €0.59) per ticket, on Indie 2.7% + €0.39 (min. €0.54). So "free" means no subscription — the ticket fee still applies. All fees are net; organizers based in Austria pay 20% VAT on top. The fee calculator on the pricing page works through your event.
What's included in the ticket fee?+
Stripe's payment processing costs are included — no extra Stripe fee is deducted from you. Per event you decide whether the fee is added on top of the ticket price (buyers pay it) or absorbed by you. With several tickets in one order the fee applies per ticket; discount codes lower the percentage part, the minimum still applies.
Why Starter if the ticket fee is the same as Nest?+
Starter (€9/month) has the same ticket fee as Nest but unlocks up to 300 instead of 200 tickets per event, plus discount codes, waitlist, scheduled sales start, CSV export of buyer data and the RSVP tool. Lower ticket fees start with Indie — the calculator shows from which volume that pays off.
When do I get my money?+
With every sale, ticket revenue (minus the TCKTNEST fee) is credited to your own Stripe account — not after the event. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your payout schedule: in Austria typically about 3 business days after the payment; Stripe says the very first payout usually takes 7–14 days. We can't guarantee a specific speed.
What happens on cancellation or refund?+
Refunds to buyers are the organizer's responsibility. You refund individual tickets right in the TCKTNEST dashboard; the amount is taken back from your Stripe balance and the ticket is voided immediately. The TCKTNEST fee is not refunded (see terms).
And on a chargeback?+
If a buyer disputes the payment with their bank, the affected ticket is automatically voided and rejected at the door.
How does VAT work?+
Per event you set the VAT rate of your tickets (e.g. 13% or 20% in Austria) and whether prices include or exclude VAT; tickets and receipts show it accordingly. Our fees are net (plus 20% VAT for organizers based in Austria; EU with VAT ID: reverse charge); the invoice is in your dashboard. Whether and how you're liable for VAT is a question for your tax advisor.
Which payment methods are available?+
Credit and debit cards plus other payment methods enabled in Stripe Checkout and available in the buyer's country. Stripe decides which ones are shown per device and country.
Who owns the buyer data?+
The buyer data of your events is yours as the organizer: you see name, email, city and any newsletter opt-in in the dashboard, with CSV export from Starter. For marketing emails you need a valid legal basis — that's why checkout asks for an optional opt-in. TCKTNEST doesn't email your buyers for its own marketing and doesn't sell data.
Who is behind TCKTNEST?+
TCKTNEST is operated by Frittaten Entertainment e.U., based in Perchtoldsdorf (Lower Austria), company register FN 536792a. Payments run via Stripe Connect: the money goes to the organizer's Stripe account, not to an account of TCKTNEST.
Can I stop anytime?+
Yes. No minimum term, no exit fee; paid plans can be cancelled monthly. Tickets already sold stay valid. From Starter you can export your buyer data.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
No. An event is set up in a few minutes. For paid tickets you need a Stripe account — Stripe walks you through the setup step by step.
